Oaktoberfest! Oaktoberfest!
Though we are the Laurel Village Association, supporting the Laurel District, that doesn’t mean we can’t support events in other neighborhoods! Next Saturday, October 5th is the Dimond District’s Oaktoberfest, a re-invigoration of the District’s long ago claim to fame, when the area was lined with beer gardens and German vacation resorts.
There will be 25 locally brewed beers, music with performances by students from both Bishop O’Dowd and Skyline High School, and local vendors and artisans selling their wares. Join the fun next Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
